Acknowledgment

Please allow myself to express my gratitude to the persons who have

contributed to the success of our OJT here at Lamcor.

Before anything else, I would like to acknowledge God for his limitless love

and wisdom throughout my time as a trainee student. With the help of your

strength and wisdom, I was able to fulfill my on the job training hours.

To my family and friends who have been my source of strength and

encouragement, they are the reason why I finished my training because they

continue to support me, particularly when it comes to my academic endeavors,

which includes my on-the-job training who have been an essential component of

our journey with for giving me the courage to do what is necessary. For all of the

difficulties, patience, love, and support. Thank you for always being available to

me.

Next I'd want to thank my OJT adviser, Prof. Ian L. Sagario, Prof. Ariel

Almasco and Industrial Faculty for guiding us with our on-the-job training. To

Ma’am Pau Mortiz She was the one who pushed us to complete all of the

requirements was particularly thoughtful because she understands our concerns

about our training.

I'd like to thank the company LAMCOR that provided me with valuable

training that I may put to use in the future. The entire term of training coincided

with the course that I am currently enrolled in. They regarded us not as students,

but as members of their team.

To my co-trainees for assisting me in meeting this task. For providing me

with the information, technique, and motivation to continue my training. My

accomplishment would not be possible without the assistance of these

individuals.

To everyone who assisted me in completing the requirements. I

appreciate all of your assistance. Thank you very much.

Introduction

On-the-job training is a component of a college curriculum that tries to

teach and guide students about their future careers. It is a form of development

of skills program through whereby a trainee learns how to do the job through on-

the-job training. This is one approach through which students are exposed to

various job situations aimed to provide pupils with an opportunity to practice and

apply what they have learned in school.

The OJT has a significant impact on teaching students about their chosen

careers and showing them what it is like to work. The actual works associated

with this course will be presented to the students. That will make it easier for

people who are untrained to work and study at the same time.

On-the-Job Training helps the trainee to learn more about his chosen field

and practice what he has learned from school. It can help with the development

of trainee competencies. An OJT program allows us students to go through the

actual the approach of a particular job utilizing actual tools, equipment, and

papers. In consequence, the workplace becomes a training ground for us student

trainees to learn more about our chosen subject and put what we have learned in

the academy into practice. On the other side, a valuable OJT program benefits

the companies that take trainees. First, OJT or interns provide extra personnel at

a lower labor cost than a normal employee. Because the majority of them are

eager to learn the ropes, chances are they will be hired by the same organization

after graduating.

Companies can use this training tactic to find new staff. Because the trainer or

supervisor can monitor the trainees' progress, they might decide whether the

trainee will make a good hire after completing his work experience based on

performance, behavior, and attitude. Given the freedom to express ourselves

freely and without fear, we may be able to contribute significantly to

brainstorming sessions or research, ultimately helping to improve the

organization's productivity. While training interns, employers are also teaching

their employees to guide the trainees by stretching their patience, developing

teaching skills, and making them more sensitive to the needs and mindset of the

4
younger generation. The management training additionally demonstrates to

students how to contribute their knowledge and be open to queries. As a result,

the internship serves as a training ground for future executives in companies.

total of one thousand four hundred (1400) hours.

As BSIT students, the On-the-Job Training provides a background of

what is really going-online certain office. On-the-Job Training helps with the

advancement of valuable ideals and the development of strong moral character

in others in the society. It is one of the variables that assist students in growing

and improving the knowledge they've obtained in school. It is also one method of

preparing BSIT students for the real world of work after they finish school. The

trainee's ability to complete work by following instructions and fulfilling duties and

responsibilities attentively and diligently can be used to determine the trainee's

development.

The activity itself was one throughout the most unforgettable and

remarkable experiences of my life. It is the moment when a student must adjust

to the nature of the self-determination to which he or she works. Throughout

those days, I was usually busy, working in production, interacting with my

supervisor and co-training, and doing other things. On-the-Job Training was a

difficult task to say the least. This activity taught me that working is not an easy

profession and that everyone is unique in their own manner. This exercise greatly

aided in the development of my personality as well as the boost of my self-

confidence at work. Despite the difficulties and obstacles I had, it was a fruitful

and entertaining experience.

It really improved my knowledge and skills. It additionally given me the

courage to confront the challenges that await me after graduation. This will be my

stepping stone to achieving all of my life goals. I am grateful that I have already

End of Contract.

The time I spent at LAMCOR lasted more than six months. It has grown

very significant for me since it has allowed me grow as a person and made me

realize that OJT serves as our training ground in preparing ourselves for more

difficult life disagreements in the workplace. I am really thankful to LAMCOR for

welcoming me into their company and for educating me many things that are

certain to help me in my future career, as well as to all of the people who

assisted me in making it through; without them, I would not have been able to

complete my 1400 hours of On-the-Job Training.

11
12
PROBLEM MET

The first problem during on the job training it involves getting along with

the employees. You need to get to know them better. Simply be yourself, and

people will like you. On-the-job training (OJT) is a practical way for acquiring new

competencies and skills required for a job in an actual or nearly genuine

workplace environment. It is typically utilized in a real-world, replicated, or

training scenario to learn how to use specific instruments or equipment. Workers

learn through doing rather than receiving worksheets or watching presentations.

This teaching is offered in the workplace by a manager, supervisor, or another

experienced worker. The only issue that could happen during ON THE JOB

training is a lack of self-confidence. Because you are in training, little will be

expected of you in a single day. Time is the only teacher of experience. As you

practice anything over time, you get greater knowledge. The faster you learn and

evolve into a valuable employee. Though the adjustment was first difficult, I saw

it as an opportunity to develop as a person. Furthermore, because I had no prior

experience, I learned time management skills while executing the tasks assigned

to me in order to demonstrate my efficiency.

13
RECOMMENDATION

As a graduating student who is taking up Bachelor of Science in

Industrial Technology major in Automotive, the course requires us to undergo

the On-the-Job Training in order to experience the real world of works.

And this activity will help us to enhance our skills and to succeed in our future

workplace. To allow the student to realize and experience the actual world of

work - a chance to improve their abilities and grow their abilities while working in

a real world or future also to expose the students to present developments and

advancement in the specific agency or company and to expand the student's

real-world knowledge and perspective on their line of work in order to have

proper potential and attitudes.

The going in OJT student has to commit to strong work ethics. Always

arrive at work on time. Cooperate with other coworkers or employees. Maintain

complete compliance to Company policies and regulations. Be accountable for

any assignment assigned to you. Work requires a great deal of patience. Always

keep a positive attitude. Be professional in both your work and your look. Be

diligent and develop self-discipline. Distractions must be kept to a minimum in the

workplace. Accepting on-the-job trainees can be highly beneficial not just to the

trainees but also to the companies who offer this sort of learning. On the initial

paths, there's knowledge. Such training might be a worthwhile investment for the

organization in the long run. This is also why trainees should take their job

experience seriously enough, as it may serve as a valuable tool, and possibly

even a source of recommendation, as they make the transition from students to

career professionals.

On-the-job training can be an excellent training technique, providing an

employee with a wealth of real-world skill and information; nevertheless, in order

to obtain the best outcomes, it must be carefully implemented and facilitated.
