How to Install the Microsoft Mobile

Device Management Solution

On Your Android Device

Please make sure you proceed to the final step

1.1 Download the ‘Intune Company Portal’ App


1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Use the search bar to search ‘Company Portal’
3. Press ‘Install’

1.2 Installing the App

1. Launch the Company Portal App and sign in using your Fusion5 account
2. Select ‘Devices’
3. Select the device on top of the list (Your current device used)
4. Click on ‘This device is not managed’
5. Click ‘Begin’
6. Approve the Sign In Request when prompted with the Microsoft Authenticator
Notification

Follow the proceeding prompts until you come to the Fusion5 Privacy Statement (shown in
the below Image)
1. Once you have read the Statement you can press ‘Continue’
2. After this you may have to wait a few minutes while the Work Profile is being
downloaded
3. If you have a Samsung Phone you will be taken to another page to press ‘Agree’
4. Press ‘Continue’ again when provided the prompt
5. Finally, press ‘Done’ and ‘Got It’

Once all these steps are complete some Work-related Apps will be downloaded to your
Android Phone. Please sign in to all Microsoft related Apps (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive,
Word, etc.)

1.3 Activate Microsoft Defender (next page…)


1. Switch over to your ‘Work’ profile and open ‘MSDefender’

2. Proceed with the steps below

3. Final Step – MS Defender should look like the below, and the
enrolment process is complete
