MAM For iOS
Devices
Once your account has been added to the MAM program, follow the steps
documented below to access mobile applications in the Wabtec environment
on your mobile device. The steps below start with Microsoft Outlook app.
1. Download and install the Microsoft Outlook client app. On the home
screen, tap App Store to launch the app store. Search for the Microsoft
Outlook application. Next to the Microsoft Outlook application, tap the
GET button to install the app on your device.
2. Once Outlook is installed, tap the OPEN button to launch Outlook. If you
already have the Microsoft Outlook app, after opening Outlook you will
be prompted to add the Microsoft Authenticator app, skip to step 5.

3. Enter your Wabtec account and tap the Add Account button.

4. You will be redirected to the Wabtec Office 365 login screen. Enter your
Wabtec password and tap the Sign in Button to continue. Verify yourself
with the Okta prompt and continue.

5. The next screen will say "Help us keep your device secure." If you do not
have the Microsoft Authenticator app installed on your device, you will be
prompted to install it. Tap Get the app to launch the App Store and to
install the Microsoft Authenticator app.

6. In the App Store, tap the GET button to install the Microsoft Authenticator
app.
7. Once the Microsoft Authenticator app is installed, tap the OPEN button
to launch Microsoft Authenticator.

8. You will again be redirected back to the Wabtec Office 365 login screen.
Enter your Wabtec username and password and tap the Sign in Button
to continue. Verify yourself with the Okta prompt and continue.

9. The next screen will say "Help us keep your device secure." Tap the
Register button to register your mobile device.

10. You may notice a spinning wheel while your device is being registered.

11. You will then be prompted to add another account to the Outlook app. If
you would like to add another account, tap the Add button. If you do not
want to add another account, tap the Maybe Later button.

12. You will see a message that states that says, "Your organization is now
protecting its data in this app. You need to restart the app to continue."
Tap OK to restart the app.

13. After restarting, you will get a message that says, " Your IT administrator
is now helping you protect work and school data in this app." Tap OK to
continue.

14. You will be prompted to enable notifications with the Outlook app.
Notifications help ensure Outlook has an up-to-date copy of your inbox.
If you would like to receive notifications of incoming messages from
Outlook, tap Turn On. If you do not want to receive notifications from
Outlook, tap No Thanks.

15. If you tap Turn On, you will receive an additional message about
notification types. If you would like to enable Outlook to send you
notifications tap Allow. If you do not want Outlook to send you
notifications, tap Don’t Allow.
