Commercial Items:
1.1 Payment 付款方式：

30% down payment will be T/T during five working days after contract signed, the balance

70% payment will be T/T after pass of FAT and before delivery.

合同签订后五个工作日内电汇 30%预付款、通过卖方工厂验货后发货前电汇 70%。

1.2 FAT period 卖方工厂验货期：

FAT can be done in 180 days after arrival of down payment.

收到预付款后 180 天之内具备卖家工厂验货条件；

1.3 Delivery period 交货期：

Delivery can be arranged in 30 days after pass of FAT/FAT and training in SELLER’s

factory.

卖方工厂验货合格后 30 天内/买方在卖方工厂验货及培训完成之日后 30 天内。

1.4 FAT 卖方工厂验货：

BUYER sends its two engineers/technicians to SELLER’s factory to do FAT for one to two

 weeks. During FAT, SELLER bears accommodation （food and bed), local transportation

and translation of them.

买方派遣其 2 位工程师/技术人员到卖方工厂进行为期 1 到 2 周的验货，期间食宿费当地交通

费用和翻译费用由卖方承担。

1.5 Installation and adjustment 买方工厂安装和调试：

SELLER sends its one/two engineers/technicians to BUYER’s factory to do installation and

adjustment for three to seven days. International flight, accommodation, local transpiration

and translation during SAT are bore by BUYER. And daily charge is USD 100 for each

person each day.

卖方派遣其 1/2 位工程师/技术人员到买方工厂进行为期 3 天到 7 天的设备安装和调试。国际

机票、期间食宿费用、当地交通费用和翻译费用由买方承担。工程师费用每人每天 100 美金。

1.6 SAT

SAT is done after installation and adjustment for one to two weeks. During SAT, BUYER

bears accommodation, local transpiration and translation of them. And daily charge is USD

100 for each person each day.

买方工厂验货：安装调试后进行为期 1 到 2 周的买方工厂验货，期间食宿费用、当地交通费

用和翻译费用由买方承担。工程师费用每人每天 100 美金。

1.7 Training during and after SAT 买方工厂培训：

SELLER’s engineer/technician gives the training during installation, adjustment and SAT.

According to the real condition, one to two weeks’ training after that can be lasted. Training

is free of charge. During training, BUYER bears accommodation, local transpiration and

translation of them. And daily charge is USD 100 for each person each day.

卖方派遣去买方做买方工厂验货的 1/2 位工程师/技术人员在做安装、调试和买方工厂验货期

间对买方工程师和技术人员进行相关培训。视具体情况，可在验货后继续培训 1 到 2 周。培

训免费；期间食宿费用、当地交通费用和翻译费用由买方承担。工程师费用每人每天 100 美

1.8 Quality guarantee 产品质保：

SELLER provides one year warranty. If some delay happened because of the Buyer, the

quality guarantee period should not more than 18 monthes.

卖方提供为期一年的质量保证。如果由于甲方原因造成延误，保质期不超过 18 个月，从提单

签发之日算起。
