Pre Service Teachers Evaluation Sheet

This document contains an evaluation sheet for assessing a pre-service teacher's actual teaching performance. It evaluates 6 criteria: teacher personality, lesson planning, content, teaching method, classroom management, and questioning skills. Each criterion is worth a certain percentage of the final grade. The mentor rates the teacher in each sub-category on a scale of 1 to 5, which corresponds to a grade and percentage. The average rating for each main criterion is calculated and multiplied by the percentage to determine the grade for that criterion. The final grade is the rounded sum of the grades for each criterion.
