Culture Sector: Mainly includes the fields of art, linguistic and cultural history

Culture and tourism is showing in practice that it is a sector that can create job
opportunities for citizens of all genders, ages and different levels.
By making an effort to allocate a sufficient operating budget for the institution
and by spending the allocated budget for the target world, it is in the background
of increasing the economy of the sector.

INTERNSHIP REPORT
What makes the sector in trouble is that the educated and uneducated sections of
the society instead of appreciating what is their own, give a different value to other
products, culture, traditions and natural resources, as it has fallen under the
influence of expenses rather than loss of income, especially in the Dejen district
culture and tourism office, the district and the state government together with
other sectors. That is a fact view and respect is low in comparison.
The tourism sector, especially the mineral wealth, the religious heritage, the most
interesting artistic results, cultural traditions, rare birds in other countries, not only
the lack of knowledge about the existence of species that are not found in other
countries, but also the inability to properly protect and care for the sector and the
inability to allocate an adequate budget for the sector.
Although tourism is one of the five sectors that are mainly focused on, there is a
wide gap in the leadership and expertise of the organization that manages the
sector, as well as allocating the necessary budget and guiding the organization to
achieve its expected mission.
The fact that the knowledge and technological skills have not been developed to
recognize and exploit the untapped surface and underground resources. The
biggest challenge is not being able to bring about a change in vision and thinking
and the fact that an entrepreneur who claims to be able to create wealth on his own
is flawed, but on the contrary, it is a society that appreciates the products and
services of others.
Another challenge is not being able to see options that will add more potential to
the economy by using different sectors to increase the source of income and
promoting culture and taking care of tourism resources instead of money from
foreign visitors. The fact that their wages are not enough makes them less
motivated to work.

foreign visitors. The fact that their wages are not enough makes them less
motivated to work.
1.8 Solutions
Having a leader and expert of the organization to lead the sector by focusing on
the tourism resources and allocating an adequate budget and salary
To enable tourism to have greater contributions in building the image of our
country and our district and improving the living standards of the citizens as a
major source of income, develop a strong market for the sector's products that is
competitive on an international level, and make the advertising work to be carried
out.
The district's culture and tourism sector will be brought to a higher level by the
government and private investors who use technology to create an army of skills
and knowledge. Enabling energy development policy development and
implementation.
To attract domestic and foreign visitors and generate revenue to reduce and stop
poaching and illegal wildlife trafficking.
Linking sectoral development with rural and urban development and making it
play a meaningful role in terms of supporting the efforts being made to get out of
poverty by achieving rapid economic growth and creating ample job opportunities.
Making the sector's operations to be assisted by technology as well.

Heritage Protection and Tourism Development Group - This group is a branch of
the Dejen District Culture and Tourism Office. It also has its own duties and
responsibilities. For example: It supports, records, supervises, receives and
manages in an appropriate manner the artifacts that are in the hands of any person,
association, religious organization or institution in the district.
Cultural Values and Industrial Development Group: This group is also one and has
its own tasks and responsibilities. For example: Akuri will develop tourism culture
in the district.
Works of art that detract from the culture of the district will be designed for
different devices and will be passed down to the next generation.
It prepares training manuals so that the art and library trainings provided by the
district are carried out in a consistent manner. Training is organized.
Planning and evaluation: This is another group and has its own tasks and
responsibilities.
For example: Organizes plan monitoring manuals, provides evaluation.
- Makes plans and executes them.
Although they have different functions and responsibilities, the purpose of all of
them is the same. It is to increase the economic and social unity and change of the
culture and tourism of the district and to make it recognized.
As a member of the department, I also had my own responsibilities and duties. I
worked with the head of the office as a whole, though not in a single team.
For example: Together with the leader of the conservation and tourism
development group, I have contributed to the community by teaching the
community about the preservation and maintenance of the community's forms,
organizing the money from visitors to the youth under the motto of job creation.

on attachment some of the following listed
It is for that apprentice to check the relation he/she how with others on work

The main task of the Culture and Tourism Office is to ensure that our cultural
heritage is a source of our identity and a source of pride for our country.
What I have seen from the point of view of macroeconomics is that there are
sustainable development goals and a stable macroeconomic situation. Our
country's economic diplomacy in terms of achieving results for the development of
our sector, etc
In terms of international economy, foreign currency and cultural exchange based
on foreign visitors
How to protect and take care of movable and immovable heritage in terms of
natural resources.

4.1 Conclusion
This practical attachement contains :introduction, background of the oorganization
,cardinal issues(mission, vision,,objective and goals )of the organization ,organization’s
structure, strength and weaknesses, the real and opportunities problems of the the
organization and solution ,etc…the office is standing to satisty its customers, observed
some issues like the professional status of the staff members ,,punctuality of the members
and also observed and happiness the equality of disabled womens and respect for her in
the organization .
Generally,I gained some experience due to the practical attachement for example :how to
work in cooperation with others and how to accutabe and responsible in work place.
4.2 Recommendation
I observed many things during my practice. That means, from my point of view,
the things I noticed in the Degen district culture and tourism office and if there is
anything I can say if it is improved.
I think that if the Dejan district culture and tourism office is established at the
Kebele level, it can do a lot more in terms of increasing the tourism resources and
preserving culture for future generations.
If the government should give incentives to the office workers, because compared
to other sectors, this sector does not have enough money allocated by the
government, and because they do not have their own office and computer, their
respect for their profession is lowered. Therefore, if the district and the zone are
given special support and adequate materials are provided, it is possible to
increase the economy of the district and the region.
Since the office is not working on promoting the movable and immovable
heritages of the community and giving them tours, now if they work to make them
love and respect their country's culture and dress by providing various trainings
and making them visit in person, it is possible to save the future generation from
western culture.
Finally, if the Dejan district culture and tourism office works properly, it can
achieve its goals and solve other problems by working together with other sectors
