tb-3014-474500 Surface Resistance Tester

The document describes a surface resistance test kit used to measure resistance point-to-point, surface to ground, and surface resistivity in accordance with ESD standards. The kit measures resistance from less than 1.0 x 10E3 ohms to greater than 10E12 ohms under 10 and 100 volt loads over a 15 second electrification period. It also measures temperature and humidity. The kit is portable, accurate, and can be used to test floors, footwear, garments, seating, and workstations according to various ESD standards.
