TITLE OF THE PROJECT: "Sustainable Development and Empowerment Project for Sitio Glab, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur"

Sitio Glab is a remote and isolated area in Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur. The community is predominantly indigenous and relies on selling crops such as coconut, rice,
corn, and other root crops, as well as crafting products like baskets, sleeping mats, nigo (sift ricemill), and brooms for their livelihood. The healthcare services in the area
are poor, with no health center available, and the local school has limited staff and facilities. Transportation is currently limited to riding horses, and roadways are
undeveloped due to the mountainous and elevated terrain.

To address the challenges faced by the community and improve their overall well-being, the following Project Development Plan is proposed:
