The document outlines the proposed national gas specification for Nigeria as envisioned in the Nigeria Gas Master Plan. The specification provides the minimum and maximum composition levels for hydrocarbon dewpoint, water content, methane, ethane, propane, butane, H2S, total sulfur, CO2, N2, O2, as well as minimum and maximum levels for heating value and delivery temperatures. Adherence to this specification can only be guaranteed by gas producers.
