She: Good Morning! The program will start any minute from now. All of our students, parents and
guests are requested to come in the ground and take your seats.

Jhomer: Again the Program is going to start any minute from now. So please take your seats and
settle down. Thank you

She: Before we start our program, let us first invoke and thank our Almighty Father to be led by
_________________________ to be followed by the singing of our National Anthem, to be conducted
by ________________________________.

Jhomer: May we invite everyone to please stand.

She: Magandang umaga! Sawat dee khrap! Ohayo gozaimasu!

Jhomer: Buenos dias! Namaste! Ni hao! Hola!

I. WELCOME REMARKS

JHOM: We are gathered here today, to celebrate United Nations Day with the theme “Equality,
Freedom, and Justice for all”.

SHE: To welcome each and everyone today, may I call on the very energetic principal, Mr. Emmanuel
Buenviaje for his welcome remarks, a big round of applause please.

JHOM: Thank you so much, Sir for that heartwarming message.

II. TALK ABOUT UNITED NATIONS

SHE: In many countries around the world, people celebrated United Nations Day with national
costumes, flags, and music performances.

JHOM: This morning, as we celebrate United Nations culmination, we hope that we can help everyone
understand that the main purpose of our activity is not just for fun but to bring us altogether, to work
in peace and development based on the principles of justice, human dignity, and well-being of all the
people.

JHOM: With all these costumes and preparations, let us ask ourselves, what do we really know about
United Nations?

SHE: The United Nations established after the World War II, with the aim of preventing future wars
succeeding the ineffective League of Nations. Its purpose was to promote peace and cooperation
around the world. The event was to be observed by all member countries. United Nations Day
continues to be celebrated until globally, as part of United Nations Week.
III. COSTUME PARADE

JHOM: As we all knew, United Nations are composed of several countries and we are lucky today to
see those countries being portrayed by our dear students in the form of parade of nations.

SHE: But before that, may I introduce to you the board of judges we have today.

(INTRODUCTION OF JUDGES)

JHOM: As of now, to present the criteria for judging, May I call on Ms. Jenny Valdez to do the honor
because I am pretty sure everybody is wondering how the candidates will be judged.

JHOM: Thank you, maam.

SHE: And now, ladies and gentlemen, the moment we have been waiting for this day ---- the Parade of
Nations with their respective country.

JHOM: Wow! We do really have beautiful and handsome students, don’t we? Thank you students for
those amazing and beautiful costumes.

SHE: At this juncture, let us welcome Mr. Jaahzen Aiken Caldosa, to serenade us with his amazing
voice, a big round of applause, please.

JHOM: Thank you Jaahzen for the amazing presentation.

IV. DANCE PRESENTATION

SHE: Do you want more?

SHE: At this juncture, let us witness the grace and harmony of the dance presentations of the high
school students with their dance presentation from different countries in the world.

JHOM: But before that, may I have the honor to you to present the board of judges in this
competition. (Introducing judges)

SHE: Here is the criteria for the dance competition

(presenting the criteria)

SHE: Are you ready?

JHOM: Fasten your seatbelts as we explore the different cultures and dances of the countries, starting
with
SHE: Thank you students for the amazing performance, Im sure the countries you represented are
proud of you.

V. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

JHOM: And now, this is the moment we all waited for, the announcement of winners and the giving of
certificates to the judges.

SHE: May I request Mr./Ms. ______________________________ to come up to the stage to do the


honor in giving the awards and certificates.

VI. CLOSING REMARKS

JHOM: Indeed, people may come from different nations but the important thing is to be educated, so
we would know and we would be aware of the differences in the different nations we have.

SHE: Through this, we shall maintain a peaceful and harmonious relationship with each other.

SHE: Now that we have come to an end of this momentous event, may I request our very own Mr.
Valentin P. Cacho, School Director of Queens Row Integrated Science School, for his closing remarks
and further announcements, a big round of applause please.

JHOM: Thank you so much, Sir Val.

TOGETHER: Thank you everyone for being with us, today!
