This proposal outlines THG Ingenuity’s commercial model to build, fulfil and manage, fully transactional Beet It direct-
to-consumer website(s) to grow the US Market share and increase sales and brand awareness.

THG Ingenuity will harness it’s end-to-end platform and deep expertise to:

• Build – Host, build, integrate and continuously develop a best in class direct-to-consumer digital presence on THG Ingenuity’s
eCommerce platform
• Fulfil – Fulfil orders with warehouse management systems, integrated payments, fraud prevention, distribution, logistics and
customer services that are relevant and competitive to each local market
• Manage – Drive immediate growth through THG Ingenuity’s fully management and dedicated structure of trading managers and

Strategic Challenge:

Beet It wish to grow their DTC in the USA as currently they are mainly utilising Amazon and
selling to the Elite Sporting World. Currently shipping around 1x 40ft container per month from
the UK and there competitor is achieving 10x the volume, so have a real ambition to grow their
market share and wish to implement a wining Digital strategy for their DTC to dominate the US
market.

Strategic Point of View:


THG will build a best-in-class DTC Master Website for Beet It, launching into the US market,
incorporating the full end-to-end solution from THG Ingenuity’s expert teams, across customer
service, fulfilment, payments, fraud, digital, trading and more. To assist Beet-it with their
