Dear Mr. Tai,

Greetings of peace and goodwill from the Municipality of Pulupandan!

This has in reference to your letter dated November 6, 2023 states that the National
Housing Authority (NHA) through its Emergency Housing Assistance Program ( EHAP) will be
providing financial assistance to the owner of the affected houses during the onslaught of
Tropical Cyclone Egay last July 22,2023.

In line to this, the Municipality of Pulupandan is requesting for Emergency Housing


Assistance from your good office to augment for the rehabilitation/ repair of 2 Totally
Damaged houses and 15 Partially Damage houses as assessed and validated by the Municipal
Social Welfare and Development Office and Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management Office.

We are hoping this request merits your approval.
