This memorandum proposes establishing a Public Safety Office in Milagros, Masbate with the following details: 1) The office would provide better public service through a separate office space for community safety issues. 2) It would cost an estimated 800,000 pesos over 3 years and be staffed by a new Public Safety Officer Head and other personnel. 3) Benefits include a dedicated place for residents to address safety concerns since currently there is no such office. 4) Funding availability is a risk but the proposal seeks support from other agencies to gather necessary funds.
