WHEREAS, it is imperative that the Barangay appoints Tanod who shall be responsible for keeping
the Barangay secure and safe;

WHEREAS, the newly elected Sangguniang Barangay on regular session concurred the
appointment of Twenty (20) Barangay Tanod as we recognized their capacities to perform their duties
and functions;

WHEREAS, the appointed and concurred Tanod are best qualified considering they have all the
qualifications and non of the disqualification.

NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of KAGAWAD DENNIS V. REYES duly seconded by


KAGAWAD DINDO R. LEYNES … BE IT….

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to concur the appointment of Twenty (20)


Barangay Tanod effective 01 December 2023

RESOLVED FURTHER AS IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this resolution be


furnished the Office of the City Mayor, the Department of Interior and local Government, Bacoor City,
the Accounting Department and other Government agencies concern for their information.

I hereby certify to the correctness of the foregoing resolution which was duly adopted by the
SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY last 01 December 2023.
