‘’A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY AND EARNESTLY REQUEST THE ASSISTANCE OF MR. GEORGE M.
SALABAO, PRESIDENT OF SAINT THADDEUS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY ( SJTIT ) SURIGAO CITY FOR
ENDORSING CELESTINO T. CABASA JR AS BARANGAY SCHOLAR HE IS A RESIDENT OF PUROK 2
BARANGAY CABONGBONGAN, SURIGAO CITY.

WHEREAS, Saint Jude Thaddeus Institute of Technology ( SJTIT ) give privileges to the intelligent and
indigent students to avail through scholarship program;

WHEREAS, the program however, could not be provide due to lack of funds of the barangay at present;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion by Hon. FELIX C. CONOR, Sangguniang Barangay Member, duly seconded by
all members present, it was;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, TO RESPECTFULLY AND EARNESTLY REQUEST THE ASSISTANCE


OF MR. GEORGE M. SALABAO, PRESIDENT OF SAINT THADDEUS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY ( SJTIT )
SURIGAO CITY FOR ENDORSING CELESTINO T. CABASA JR AS BARANGAY SCHOLAR HE IS A RESIDENT
OF PUROK 2 BARANGAY CABONGBONGAN, SURIGAO CITY.

RESOLVED FURTHER: That copy of this resolution be furnished to the Office of MR. GEORGE M.
SALABAO, President of Saint Jude Thaddeus Institute of Technology ( SJTIT ) Surigao City for information
and appropriate action..
