ADDENDUM TO REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Addendum to Real Estate Mortgage is made and executed into by and between:

EDWIN JOSEPH STA. ANA MENDOZA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of No. 36 Redwood
Street, New Marikina, San Roque, Marikina City, owner as per Deed of Absolute Sale, hereinafter referred to as the
MORTGAGOR;

-And-

EPZA GAITA CURAMENG, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of No. 14 Mt. Rushmore Street, The
Richdale Subd. Antipolo City, hereinafter referred to as the MORTGAGEE;

WITNESSETH: THAT

1. That on February 12, 2020 herein parties executed a Real Estate Mortgage over a certain real property
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. R-48028, in the said mortgage and docketed as Doc. No. 56;
Page No. 12; Book No. 19; Series of 2020 and duly notarized by Atty. Ma. Elena T. Marallag-Cajucom,
Notary Public for and in Marikina City which is hereby being incorporated as part hereof.

2. That in the Original Real Estate Mortgage, the amount involved is ONE MILLION PESOS
(Php1,000,000.00) Philippine Currency, payable within a period of six (6) months with an interest rate of
10% per month.

3. That herein MORTGAGOR desire to additional loan in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND
(Php500,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency and the MORTGAGEE agrees to grant the same and interest
of the said mortgage, thereby increasing the mortgage in the total amount of ONE MILLION FIVE
HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php1,500,000.00) PESOS Philippine Currency, until the whole obligations has
been settled.

 ADDENDUM TO LOAN AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Addendum to Loan Agreement is made and executed into by and between:

EDGARDO P. NAVARRO, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of No. 155 Vista Verde Avenue
Extension II, Vista Verde Executive Village, Cainta Rizal, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY/ BORROWER;

-And-

ADORACION S. PADERAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Block 109 Lot 16 Kaayusan
Street, Karangalan Village, Manggahan, Pasig City, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY/ LENDER;

WITNESSETH: THAT

1. That on November 18, 2015 herein parties executed a Loan Agreement over a certain one (1) ROOM I-
Third Floor in the said mortgage and docketed as Doc. No. 232; Page No. 47 Book No. 74; Series of 2015
and duly notarized by Atty. Anna Theresa C. Cruz; Notary Public for and in Marikina City which is hereby
being incorporated as part hereof.

2. That in the Original Loan Agreement, the amount involved in ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(Php100,000.00) Philippine Currency, payable within a period of two (2) years.

3. That herein MORTGAGOR desire to additional loan in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND (Php50,000.00)
PESOS, Philippine Currency and the MORTGAGEE agrees to grant the same and the interest of the said
Php100,000.00 shall be effective upon execution of this memorandum from date hereof thereby increasing
the mortgage in the total amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND (Php150,000.00)PESOS,
Philippine Currency, until the whole obligations has been settled.

 ADDENDUM TO REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

This Addendum to Real Estate Mortgage is made and executed into by and between:

EDILBERTO G. TRIA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of No. 1 Banaba Street Nangka, Marikina City,
hereinafter referred to as the MORTGAGOR;
-And-

ERNESTO C. CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of No. 19 Villalon Street, Sto. Niño, Marikina
City, hereinafter referred to as the MORTGAGEE;
WITNESSETH: THAT

1. That on June 09, 2018 herein parties executed a Real Estate Mortgage over a certain parcel of land covered by
TCT No. 502247, in the said mortgage and docketed as Doc. No. 485; Page No. 49; Book No. 159-A; Series of
2018 and duly notarized by Atty. Anna Theresa C. Cruz, Notary Public for and in Marikina City which is hereby
being incorporated as part hereof.

2. That in the Original Real Estate Mortgage, the amount involved is EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(Php800,000.00) Philippine Currency, payable within a period of six (6) months with an interest rate of 5% per
month and additional one (1%) percent as penalty for delayed payment.

3. That on July 28, 2018 herein parties also entered into Addendum to Real Estate Mortgage docketed as Doc. No.
188; Page No. 19; Book No. 162-A; Series of 2018 in the amount of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(PHP400,000.00) Philippine Currency.

4. That on August 30, 2018 herein parties also entered into Addendum to Real Estate Mortgage docketed as Doc.
No. 135; Page No. 14; Book No. 164-A; Series of 2018 in the amount of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
PESOS (PHP350,000.00) Philippine Currency.

5. That on September 15, 2018 herein parties also entered into Addendum to Real Estate Mortgage docketed as
Doc. No. 82; Page No. 09; Book No. 165-A; Series of 2018 in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (PHP500,000.00) Philippine Currency.

6. That herein MORTGAGOR desire to additional loan in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND
(Php500,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency and the MORTGAGEE agrees to grant the same and the interest
of the said mortgage shall be effective upon execution of this memorandum, thereby increasing the mortgage in
the total amount of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND (Php2,550,000.00) PESOS, Philippine
Currency, until the whole obligations has been settled.
