Roles & Responsibilities:-



The Cluster Manager has the responsibility of driving Sales & Achieving the Sales target with the help of Sales
Manager’s, Sales Officer’s & Relationship Manager’s for the assigned Bank (Punjab National Bank) branches.

Support the CRO in his Sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustration, accompanying on client calls if
required.

Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank, weather through walk in, data mining, referrals and
others.

Engage the employee of the bank branches in regular discussion to transfer knowledge about Insurance,
Company’s product offering and understand their issues/concern about selling Insurance (If any).

The Bank is the key customer of the Cluster Manager and he has to engage an open and trusting relationship
with the Branch Mangers/Officers/Staff.

Achievement of Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly and Annual Sales Target.

Lastly associated with IndiaFirst Life Insurance Co. Ltd. as Business Manager, Lucknow from
Oct. 2018 to Jan. 2022.

Roles & Responsibilities:-



The Business Manager has the responsibility of driving Sales & Achieving the Sales target for the assigned Bank
(Union Bank of India & Bank of Baroda) branches.

required.
