Offer Basis:
1. Above prices are for hardware supply with complete wired Panel.
2. If Site Commissioning Assistance is required; it will be charged extra at Rs. 8500/- per man-
day (To, Fro, Travelling and Other Expenses is in your Scope).
3. Our Scope of Supply is limited to above mentioned BOM only; if any change occurs; it will
affect the cost. Kindly take a note.

Annexure – II Commercial Terms and Conditions

Price Basis: Ex-Go down, Vadodara. (Excluding of all taxes & duties)

Packing & Forwarding: Standard Polythene Packing inclusive.

GST:18 % Extra as per HSN/SAC code.


Note: Any change / revision in govt. taxes & duties likeGSTshall be charged extra as applicable.

Freight& Insurance:Transportation and transit insurance shall be in purchasers scope


Any other levy, if applicable shall be charged extra at actual.

Payment Terms:30% advanced along with order. 70% balance against perfoma invoice.

Note: Hi-Mak shall have the right to charge interest @ 22% p.a. on the amounts that have not been paid
by the Purchaser on the due date as stated in the purchase order.

Delivery: Within 18-20 weeks from getting drawing approval / manufacturing clearance
whichever is later.

Note-1: Delay in Lifting of Material: If dispatch or delivery is delayed by Purchaser as per the
order beyond the contractual delivery period / more than 30 days from Hi-Mak’s FAT Call, the
Purchaser shall pay in the amount of 25% of PO value shall be applicable. If dispatch or delivery
is delayed by Purchaser beyond 45 days after readiness of the material, purchaser shall release
balance amount 100% of contract value – Less Advance paid & PBG value.

Note-2: Storage of finished goods: If dispatch or delivery is delayed by Purchaser more than 30
days from contractual delivery dateand beyond which Storage charges @0.5% per week of PO
value shall be applicable. Further, If Material will be stored for a maximum of 45 days,
beyondwhich the material delivery has to be taken by client, in case it is delayed to lift more than
45days @5% of PO Value p.m. will be levied till the date of dispatch.

Warranty: We offer free repairs / replacement against any manufacturing defect of hardware
supplied by us within 12 months from the date of dispatch from Hi-Mak.

Validity: 30 days from the date of offer.
