Plans and monitors production schedule, manpower, and raw material inventory, and quality to ensure smooth
flow of production.
Develops and implements cost-effective programs that will maximize manpower, plant, vehicles, and equipment
availability and productivity to support the attainment of KPIs.
Audits the production usage (using SIMMA) from weekly to ensure inventory consumption is based on updated
and reliable quantities.
Identifies and escalates possible constraints or bottlenecks during production that will affect the operation and
cost.
Administers continuous communication with clients in order to keep up to date with client’s daily requirements.
Discusses and negotiates with potential clients in order to gain their requirements and/or specifications
applicable in planning to meet their ready-mix concrete demands.
Plans and conceptualizes strategies for newly launched projects to cope with the demands of the customers.

of materials, safety hazards, and supervision of plant employees.
