The concept of factorization, algebraic expressions and polynomials will be explained to the students relating it
with other fields and daily life. A few real life examples will be given to the students and it will be told that
how suppositions for unknown factors leads to the accurate solutions of problems.
Explanation/Discussion & Brainstorming
• Mental Math will be taken through a quiz. For example:
• What do you know about algebraic expressions?
• What do you know about factorization?
➢ Announcement of the topic.
➢ SLOs will be shared with the students.
• Students will be able to identifygroup factorization and factorize different algebraic
expressions in groups.
AV aids will be used for better understanding.
Success Criteria: Remember To
• First recognize the Algebraic expression and then factorize it accordingly.
