NLC, a voluntary activity for teachers and learners, is designed both to help improve learning outcomes and
support teachers so they can teach better. It is a voluntary program that will start its phased implementation
with Grades 7 and 8 focusing on English, Science, and Mathematics. With a two-fold purpose of improving
learning outcomes and supporting teachers to teach better
