ADDITIONAL RULES AND

REGULATION
1. Observe all existing basic basketball rules kindly ask the referee to explain to the teams.
2. Each team has 1time out per quarter and 2 time out in 4th final quarter (3minutes time out).
3. Referee and committee has 1 time out or more if necessary every quarter intended for
untoward incident or injury, correction, objection, and possible present of danger during
the game.

Note: PAG NAKITA NIYO NA NAGKAKAINITAN O PHYSICAL NA MASYADO ANG LARO TIME
OUT AGAD.
4. In the event that 2 or more referee called a violation, the nearest referee shall make the
final decision. (Kung sino pinakamalapit na referee na tumawag o pumito siya masusunod.
Walang pito, walang tawag.)
5. 30 minutes before the game or schedule dapat complete na ang team na
maglalaro. 1 hour late, default.
6. 10 second before the end of the quarter the announcer and time keeper are actively
announced. The remaining second shall inform the referee to do the counting. Laging
sabihin ang oras.
7. Each team has 1 member present in the committee and scoring table. The scoring
logbook shall be the final score.
8. 10 minutes per quarter running time. pero kapag foul, free throw, time out, or violation
is called stop dapat ang oras. Lasing o maysakit bawal maglaro. Magsuot ng basketball
shoes.
9. 12 minutes 4th quarter.
10. Unnecessary or excessive contact that’s a foul plus warning.
11. Intentional foul, fragrant foul or technical foul 2 free throw ball position out of playing
court set down for 5 minutes.
12. Deliberate foul technical out of the game. 2 free throw and ball position.
13. Bawal magmura sa kalabang player, fans, referee, committee coaches, technical plus free
throw.
14. Ang mapapatuyang nagsimula ng gulo sa kahit anong paraan matapos ang
napagkasunduan ng namumuno ng liga at official ay consider out na sa liga at hindi
makakapag laro sa next na liga or di muna sila makakasali.
15. Lahat ng team ay magbibigay ng bond o deposit na nagkakahalaga ng 1000pesos. Ito ay
isusuli pagkatapos ng liga kapag hindi nasangkot sa gulo ang team pero kapag na
involved sa gulo hindi na isusuli ang pera at ito ay forfited na as damages.
16. Top 4 teams pasok sa quarter finals.
17. Top 2 teams twice to beat.
18. 1 vs 4
19. 2 vs 3
20. In case of tie win over the other shall apply.
21. In case of 3 or more teams tie win over the other and point quotient shall apply.
22. In case top 4, last spot has 2 team tie do or die game.
23. After quarter finals 2 teams win straight to final or championship game. do or die 1 game
only.
24. ALL AWARDS shall be according to rules and guidelines presented. All coaches
each team, referees and committees ay mag-bobotohan after the final game at
majority votes win.
25. After the game, coach each team will sign the final score and if possible take a picture
of record. 26.

PLAYERS WAIVER
By my signature below, I acknowledge that I am aware of, appreciate the character of, and voluntarily assume the
risks involved in participating in all activities associated with basketball. By my signature below, on behalf of myself, my
heirs, next of kin, successors in interest, assigns, personal representatives, and agents, I hereby:

1. Waive any claim or cause of action against and release from liability the Barangay Beleng officials and Sk
official and other people involved
and agents for any liability for injuries to my person or property resulting from my use of the facility or
participation in the activity listed above;

2. Agree to indemnify and hold harmless , its officers, Barangay Beleng officials and Sk official and other people
involved.
employees, and agents for any claims, causes of action, or liability to any other person arising from my use of
the facility or participation in the activity listed above;

3. Consent to receive any medical treatment deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident or illness
during these activities; and
4. Acknowledge that a participant under 18 years of age signing below as a minor child, a signature is required
by the parent or legal guardian or coach of the minor child to participate.

HAVE READ THIS ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE AGREEMENT. I CONSENT
TO MEDICAL TREATMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP
SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY
INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE A
COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY
LAW.
