Sub : Demand come show cause notice for MUMBAI service area for financial year 2021-22
1. This demand cum show cause notice is for assessment of annual license fee dues for the 2021-22 of
M/s BTS Telecom Private Limited in respect of UL- ISP B license for above service area.
2. The details of outstanding license fee dues are as follows:

3.This Annual assessment is based on the following documents:


a. Annual Audited Financial Statements for the year.
b. Audited Statement of Revenue and License Fee.
4. The calculation sheet for computation of the AGR, interest, penalty and interest on penalty is annexed
with this demand cum show cause notice. It may please be noted that the above amount include interest
calculated up to 30.06.2023 only.
5. Any representation ( except deduction verifications related issues) may be address to CCA
MAHARASHTRA within 15 days of receipt of this demand cum show notice, failing which, it would be
presumed that company has nothing to say in this regard.
6.This demand cum show notice is subject to E& OE clause.
7. The licensee has not made complete disclosures as required under the License Agreement;
Therefore, the assessment of license fee is provisional. The license is directed to make full disclosure
as per License Agreement.
8. This demand cum show notice is subject to revision due to special audit/audit, interest/penalty update
and litigation etc.
9.A sum of Rs. 89512/- ( Rupees Eighty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Twelve Only ) is required to be
deposited by licensee in the concerned CCA office to avoid further accumulation of liability of
interest etc.
This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
