We take pleasure in offering you the position of HR Recruiter under the (Grade – D1) in
the HR Department. You are requested to join our organization on or before 15th of
December 2023. As of now it is work from home. The said offer shall be governed by the
under mentioned terms and conditions apart from other policies and conditions that are
applicable or may become applicable from time to time.

Terms of employment 1. Compensation


1.1 The monthly fixed compensation payable to you will be INR monthly CTC-8000- /-
Part time employee, subject to tax deducted at source, as applicable by law. Training will
be 10 days and till the project completes have to stay in our concern to work with us
Notice period will be applicable for a year If not performed stipend will be provided which
excludes a salary A detailed break up of this amount and other benefits as provided as an
Annexure to this letter (Annexure – I).

1.2 Compensation and grade offered to you is based on the representation made by you
during interaction with company officials and/ or documents submitted by you. In case of
any discrepancy, company reserves the right to alter/withdraw the offer.

1.3 You will be eligible for Retirement Benefits of the organization namely Provident
Fund and Gratuity as per the company policy which will be governed by relevant laws to
this effect.

2.Incentives/Bonus
2.1 In case of target-based role eligible for incentives, you may be a part of Incentive
Scheme and would receive incentives based on your performance and contribution to the
organization as per the scheme. Kindly note that you will not have any right to claim the
incentive without the performance which company expects incentive from the company,
if you resign or abscond or if you are separated from the company for whatsoever reason.

Bonus may be paid to you as per statutory norms and eligibility or under any other policy
which may be applicable from time to time.
3. Probation Period

You will be on the probation period of 1 day from the date of your joining and incentives
and has to be done if applicant has been closed on Probation period and you will be
working with our own company project based on satisfactory performance. Every month
applicants have to be Trained its must from your side with or without training charges as
per the requirements and support project expansion. leads depends upon your salary. In
Training or probation period no salary will be calculated However the company reserves
the rights to extend your probation for a certain period based on Performance which will
be notified to you.

4. Transfer
The Organization shall have the right to transfer you to any of its offices in India that is
in existence or may come into existence at a future date When it comes to WFO

5. Leave /Absence
5.1 You will be eligible for leave as per company rules subject to approval from the
competent authority. It may be noted that leaves cannot be deemed as granted unless
sanctioned by competent authority.
5.2. If you are on unauthorized leave and absent for a training and on-boarding period as
specified in absconding policy of the organization without any intimation to the Company,
then necessary action would be taken as per company policy applicable from time to time
and may lead to such a case where you will be terminated from the services of the
company with or without any intimation.

6. Job Profile
Your duties and responsibilities will be explained to you on your joining the organization.
However, you shall execute and perform all such duties that may be assigned to you by
the organization and the organization reserves its right to change this at its discretion.

7. Alternative Employment and Confidentiality


7.1 While you are in the services of the organization, you are not permitted to carry on
any other business or profession or be employed by or engaged with any other firm,
company or person.
Kindly note that you are required to provide a mail confirmation as a token of your acceptance
within 1days of receipt of this letter. The validity of this offer letter is 02 Days from the date of
issuance. If you fail to join on or before 02 Days, the offer letter will expire and the re issuance
will be governed by company policy.

Background Checks
The Company may, at its discretion conduct background checks prior to or after your expected
joining date to validate your identity, the address provided by you, your education details and
details of your prior work experience if any, and to conduct any criminal checks. You expressly
consent to the Company conducting such background checks. In this connection, you are
required to furnish the documents listed in Offer Annexure for India.
If you fail to submit the necessary documents as required by the Company within the specified
time period or if the Company is not satisfied, with the outcome of the background checks, the
Company, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to withdraw this offer without notice and
compensation or to take any appropriate action against you, including, but not limited to
termination of your employment.
When a background check raises any concerns regarding any of the details furnished by you and
the Company feels the need to further validate such facts, the Company may at its sole discretion,
ask you for further information, to substantiate the details that you have earlier provided to the
Company, before initiating appropriate action.

Other Terms and Conditions


You agree not to undertake employment, whether full-time or part-time, as the Director / Partner
/ Member / Employee of any other organization / entity engaged in any form of business activity
without the consent of Edutech. The consent may be given subject to any terms and conditions
that the Company may think fit and may be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the
Company.
Our offer to you as a HR trainee is conditional upon your having fully completed your
graduation/post-graduation, without any active backlog papers and with a pass percentage not
lesser than as specified during the selection process. You should also have completed all studies,
course requirements and examinations required for the award of the educational qualification
recorded by you in your application for employment with Edutech. You will be required to
produce all marks sheets and other relevant documents at the time of joining.
All these proofs will need to be submitted on the day of joining. Further, you should have been
declared as passed by the relevant examination authority. The determination of the adequacy or
authenticity of all or any of the proofs and any condonation of delay in submission of the same
will be at the Company’s discretion.
You hereby acknowledge and agree to abide by all internal Policies of the Company, which you
will be able to access, upon joining, on the Intranet 'Sparsh'. These Policies cover various human
resources and administrative topics and procedures. The Company reserves the right to change
these Policies at any time in its absolute discretion.

Based on the nature of your work and business requirements, you may be required to work on
General shifts which will be intimated by the client If you are required to work on rotational
shifts, you will be duly intimated of the change in your shift timings. During rotational shifts,
you will continue to be bound by the provisions of the working hour policy of the Company. If
the rotational shifts require you to work evening shifts, the policy on evening shift allowance of
the Company (if in force) will be made applicable to you.

You shall be required to sign certain mandatory agreements, including but not limited to the
Confidentiality, Intellectual Property Rights, the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and your
employment shall be governed by all the rules and regulations, as amended from time to time,
of the Company as applicable to your employment with us. This offer is also conditional upon
your acceptance and execution of the Non-Compete Agreement (Annexure-III).

This offer of employment constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company
regarding the terms of your employment and it is the complete, final, and exclusive embodiment
of your agreement with regard to this subject matter and supersedes any other promises,
warranties, representations or agreements, whether written or oral. It is entered into without
reliance on any promise or representation other than those expressly contained herein, and it
cannot be modified or amended except in writing signed by an authorized officer of the
Company.

If any of the terms or conditions of this offer are found to be illegal or unenforceable, such terms
shall be treated as severable from the rest of the terms and conditions of this offer and the
remaining terms and conditions shall continue in force.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and you hereby agree to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates from various online channels


• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms and interview the candidates via phone,
video, and in-person
• Prepare and distribute assignments and tests Advertise job openings on various platforms
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Send job offer emails and
address candidate queries
• Monitor key HR Metrics Participate in job fairs and recruitment events Collaborate with
managers to identify future hiring needs
• Assist new hires during the onboarding process Identifying short- and long-term goals to
ensure top-notch employee performance.
• Have to recruit the candidates for every month based on the client requirements with the
training charges with proper Information If multiple language known it could be grateful
• Have to be strong in the communication and aware of technical knowledge
• Recommending policies that will improve the culture within the company and suggest ways
in which to hire the best candidates for the job.
• Evaluating jobs and reviewing both existing and new positions and communicating the results
of this to senior management.

recommending areas in the workplace that can be improved.
• Reviewing Employees performance and business expansion to impact positively on employee
retention and have to complete the client requirements on time

• Collecting data on Recruitment outputs, management and employee surveys, employee


surveys employment records and exit interviews Implementing relevant and impact of the
workforce in recruitment personnel
• Analyzing data and statistics of recruitment team, motivation, turnover and compliance with
employment laws in power bi and Excel POWER BI Optimizing and implementing new data
processes and systems.
Norms to be followed

• Role: HR Recruiter
• Basic Salary: 8000 PM
• Training Timing – 10.00am-3.00pm
• If part time employee Shift timing–12.00pm-3.00pm3.00-6.00Pm 5-9PM
• If full time employee General shift 10.00am – 5.00pm
• Internship will be 60 days Training will be 15 days After Internship based on upon
your performance designation may change 22 days has to be calculated for salary
which excludes the Saturday & Sunday
• For Government holiday salary will not be provided
• Project has to be completed on time based on the client requirements Training
session will be conducted in two sessions Recording session and Live classroom
training based on your convenient

• Based on the client requirements the recruitment team process you a data’s based on
that have to make a record on time
• Have to support the company by providing reference for the project expansion
• Follow the norms & instruction or else will be terminated on same day
• Have to respect & Co Ordinator with staff & Higher officials too
• Avoid Unnecessary contacts with the other staff’s & clients
• Company norms has to be followed properly
• As of now work from home for client meet up will revert you in meeting After the
pandemic, we are working in work from home only with general shift
• Present has to be in Training and have to complete the work on time even in training
& On-boarding.
• Training modules have attached and training charges applicable
• Have to follow the agreement norms given by the company
• Incentive: If performance more than beyond the company expected level starts from
1000-3000 (Based on the client requirements)
