The Grade 12 students from Holy Face of Jesus Lyceum of San Jose will be participating in a work immersion program this semester in various barangays in Montalban, Rizal. Greetings!

The Grade 12 Senior High School students of Holy Face of Jesus Lyceum of San Jose Inc.
will be having their Work Immersion as part of their course this second semester school
year 2023-2024 in the different barangays of Montalban, Rizal. One of the requirements
is a Health Certificate that the student is fit to undergo the work immersion program
before they will be sent out to the their chosen place of work.

In view of this, may I request your good office to please assist our students comply the
above said requirement the soonest the possible time.
