JY-14 Volume Control for Water Vending Machine

Function Introduction

 Free to set up TIME, VALUE, TIME FOR WARNING SOUND, and COIN OPERATED MODE.
 Free to connect to coin acceptor, bill acceptor, and card reader.
 Warning sound or LED sign when flow sensors are not functional.
Connection and Position
1: Display 2: White lead 4: Pause for mode 01:02
5: Output: Control first solenoid valve
6: Output: Control second solenoid valve
7: Input devices-coin acceptor, bill acceptor, or card reader:
YELLOW: DC12V, WHITE: input signal, BLACK: GND
8: AC jack-5.5mm*2.1mm
9: output 5V when first device is not functional
10: Input: To flow sensor for No.6
11: Input: To flow sensor for No.7
12: button START for MODE 01:01
13-16: Button S4, S3, S2, and S1
NOTE: Free to connect DC12V to either No.8 or No.9.

Setting

Switch Code:
(1) Please press button S4, CODE shows up.
(2) Please use button S1 and S2 to adjust VALUE
(3) Please press button S4 after setting to switch to next code.

 Operating Mode 01:02:


PAUSE: -User need to pushes START button from No.13 within 1 minute after pushing pause button.
- Reset and remove balance if device has not powered on after 1 minute.
LED Light from No.13: Lights when balance is available for changing. Flashes when pausing.
 The order for deducting balance: if No.6 and NO.7 are active, balance is from NO.6 to No.7

Control board does not receive signal from No.10 for 10 seconds
No.10 output 5V and GND
--:E3 on display Flow sensor No.11 input signal reach MAX LIMIT
--:E4 on display Flow sensor No.10 input signal reach MAX LIMIT
