ADDING COIL CIRCUIT TO BLOWER MOTOR.

Tools:
- Small screwdriver (Type: Minus)
- Tape
- Screwdriver

Instructions:
1. Check L Circuit Connection at Terminal Block.

2. Remove Cable no. 239 from the Relay board, and connect to Terminal Block with Brown
cable.

3. Connect the red cable to Green connector at the initial location of cable no. 239

4. Remove Cable no. 240 from the Relay board, and connect to Terminal Block with Black
cable.

5. Connect the Black cable to Green connector at the initial location of cable no. 240

6. Secure the LC Circuit to Grey Trunking using Tape.

ADDING FERRITE BEAD TO USB at RBM BOARD.
Tools:
- N/A
- Screwdriver

Instructions:
1. Prepare 2 Ferrite bead (Small size) to install to Units.

- SBC Board Area


2. Clamp the one Ferrite Bead to USB cable at SBC Board.

ADDING FERRITE BEAD TO USB at RBM BOARD (2).
Tools:
- N/A
- Screwdriver

Instructions:

- Sensor Cable Area


3. Remove trunking at electrical panel.

4. Clamp the one Ferrite Bead to Sensor Cable.

ADDING VARISTOR TO EMI FILTER.
Tools:
- Screwdriver

Instructions:
1. Prepare 4pcs Varistor

2. Remove EMI Filter from Electrical panel, and add the varistors to EMI Filter at Load Side
& Line Side.

3. Install EMI Filter again to electrical panel, make sure all the connector is correct.

ADDING FERRITE BEAD AT AIR FLOW SENSOR.
Tools:
- N/A
- Screwdriver

Instructions:
1. Prepare 1 Ferrite bead (Big size) to install to Units.

2. Clamp ferrite bead to this cords (Air flow & Temp sensor).

REPLACE RELAY BOARD AND RBM BOARD.
Tools:
- N/A
- Screwdriver
- Spanner 7mm
- Multimeter

Instructions:
1. Remove all the connection that connect to Relay Board and RBM Board.

2. Replace with the new mainboard.

MEASURE CONTINUITY AT DISPLAY BOARD.
Tools:
- N/A
- Screwdriver
- Spanner 7mm
- Multimeter

Instructions:
1. Measure the continuity between coper foil at display and ground of the unit.

REPLACE USB Cable for RBM Board.
Tools:
- N/A
- Screwdriver
- Spanner 7mm
- Multimeter

Instructions:
1. Remove the USB Cable form RBM Board.

2. Replace with the new USB Cable.
