CRISIL Learning platform


Course Access Guide:
Click on the mandatory course assigned to you:

Step 1: Complete the pre-test within the course by clicking on ‘Take Assessment’
Step 2: Visit the eLearning modules sequentially.

The module status will be updated to ‘Complete’ once it is successfully completed.


Visit each slide and explore all clickables, achieve a minimum score of 80% in assessment within the modules and
avoid rushing through the modules to mark them complete.

Step 3: Click on ‘Course Feedback’ to select your preferred Certification Exam date.
Optional Learning Modules:
You can explore content around Credit, Risk and Wealth in the ‘Optional Learning modules’ section.
FAQs

1. How do I update personal details (phone number, gender, etc.)?


To update personal information such as gender and mobile number, go to the Edit Profile section
(we have currently used placeholders there).

2. I visited an eLearning module, but it is still marked as ‘in progress’ or ‘not started’. Why so?
Kindly revisit the module and ensure:
a. All pages are visited
b. All available links are referred to
c. 80% or above is scored in the final assessment

3. Why am I unable to view/load the eLearning module on my laptop?


Check if you have a stable internet connection. A minimum bandwidth of 10 Mbps is required to
run these modules.

4. How do I qualify for Certification exam?


Complete the mandatory course assigned to you. This will include:
• Pre-test
• eLearning Modules
• Course feedback (to select preferred exam date)
Once done, you will receive an email from CRISIL1Academy@crisil.com confirming your module
completion status and exam details.

5. Can I download the modules?


No, you cannot download or play the content offline. The modules are only accessible online
through the CRISIL Online Learning Platform.

6. Can I access eLearning modules on my mobile phone/tablet?


Yes, the modules can be accessed on mobiles/tablets, as these are designed to be responsive
and adapt to your screen size. However, we recommend using a laptop or a large-screen device
for a more comfortable learning experience and better knowledge retention.
