HOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENT

This House Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this 22nd day of January 2024,

**1. PROPERTY**

The Landlord agrees to rent the property located at Purok 1 Barangay Tallungan Reina Mercedes
Isabela to the Lessor for residential purposes only.

**2. RENTAL AMOUNT AND PAYMENT TERMS**

a. The monthly rental amount is 2500 Philippine Pesos (Php 2,500).

b. The Lessor shall make the monthly rental payment on or before the 25th day of each month.

c. A security deposit of one month's rent (Php 2,500) is required and shall be paid by the Lessor
before moving in. This deposit will be refunded upon termination of this Agreement, subject to any
deductions for damages, if any.

**3. UTILITIES**

a. The Lessor agrees to pay for electricity and water consumption during the term of this Agreement.

**4. CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY**

Upon receiving the house, the Lessor acknowledges that the property is clean and in good condition,
with no damages. The Lessor shall maintain the property in a clean and orderly manner throughout
the tenancy. Upon termination of the lease, the Lessor agrees to return the property in the same
clean and undamaged condition.

**5. NOTICE OF NON-RENEWAL**


If the Lessor wishes not to renew the lease, they must inform the Landlord at least 30 days before
the end of the current lease term. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the
security deposit.

**6. LANDLORD INSPECTION**

The Landlord reserves the right to visit and inspect the property on the 25th of every month to
ensure the property is being maintained in good condition.

**7. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT**

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice for a material breach
of any term or condition of this Agreement.

**8. GOVERNING LAW**

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of
the Philippines.

**9. MISCELLANEOUS**

a. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior
negotiations, understandings, or agreements.

b. Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
