EPS Calibration Steps

EPS Calibration Steps

There will be about 3 degrees difference(the steering cannot straight) for EPS which had been used for a long time,
this is normal phenomenon.It just need to calibration the EPS as below steps.
Calibration procedure:
Open the cover:
1. Turn on the emergency stop switch and key switch.
2. Place the handle assembly in the middle position.

3. Insert the two plug on the steering controller and plug in and pull out. (Note: the two plug-ins are separated when
the vehicle is in use. This only use for calibration)

4. Turn off the key switch, then turn on it after about 5 seconds.

Remarks: During calibration, the handle assembly and the drive wheel assembly PU wheel should be on one line. If
there is still a slight deviation, please adjust the handle assembly to the left 1 degrees or the right 1 degrees from the
middle position then repeat step 3 and 4.
5. Turn the handle assembly to the left 90 degrees then repeat step 3 and 4.
6. turn the handle assembly to the right 90 degrees then repeat step 3 and 4.

Finish calibration.
