I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Clothes or attire is fiber and textile material worn on the body which will be
depended on the individual’s body type, social and geographic considerations. One
primary needs of an individual is clothing. That is why our business team decided
to build up a dressmaking and tailoring shop, to provide the community primary
things they needed. This business will produce quality and newly designed clothes
to meet the customer’s expectation.

The iDress shop was a partnership business owned by more than 2


owners. The target market will be the people of all ages living in municipality of
Palompon Leyte. The customers, more specifically, who needs dress for a specific
event like; parties, competitions, ceremonies, for uniforms and such. The costing of
the products and services will be based on its quality, designs and raw materials
yet, rest assured that it’s still not as expensive as the customers’ high value
expectation. iDress shop mission is provide quality products and services to their
customers and to be known in dressmaking and tailoring industry.

This shop will be operated in the physical world. The operation of the
business will be at Lincoln St. Palompon Leyte, in front of Jayumms Shop. Our
iDress shop, moreover, is distinctive among others because of the good quality,
affordable price and we respect customer’s decision and requests. We value the
right measurement of our customers in exchange of the right value of payment as
much as how we value our passion in dressmaking and tailoring.

The allotted budget for the iDress shop will be Php4,000,000.00, which will be
used in purchasing of land for the shop, building construction, tools and equipment
needed. We will also monitor the cash flow to ensure that the income is always
higher than the expenses and the shop can still pay all its liabilities. We also ensure
that we have high quality machineries and equipment that will produce high quality
products.

based on the customer’s request and business- owned designs. On the other hand,
services that will be offer in the shop are custom-made sewing services, alteration

dress shop, to provide the community the best dresses that is un-expensive yet
quality and high customized clothes. iDress Shop not only offer products but
also services that will accommodate customize clothing and alterations service.

and genders who have purchase clothing that does not fit properly and require

1. Executive Manager Responsible for monitoring all the
processes and organizing the business and
make sure that the business is functioning
well. Govern other employees and apply
by law inside the business.
2. Sales and Financial Supervisor Responsible for monitoring the in and
out of money of the business and other
financial matters. Also, she monitored the
sales and profitability of the business.
3. Production Control Supervisor Responsible for controlling the whole
production processes of the business
product and ensures that the shop
produces high standard brands.
4. Fashion Designer Head Responsible for designing clothes that
will be used in making the product of the
business. They’ll be the first step in
producing the boutique’s clothes. Also,
they’ll be the one who will do the
finishing touches (like putting beads and
other designs) on the clothes.

5. Cashier Responsible for keeping the money of the


business and make financial reports about
it to be submitted on the financial
manager.
6. Sales Personnel Responsible for entertaining the
customers of the business, guide and ask
them the product/s they needed or
wanted.
