Stakeholder Analysis For Toms Shoes
After conducting a stakeholder analysis for TOMS Shoes, I have identified their four
primary stakeholders and prioritized them in accordance to their significance to TOMS
business strategies. I have first ranked TOMS chief stakeholders according to their
level of power which led me to identify their consumers and giving partners as their top
priority stakeholders. This is so as these stakeholders are responsible for carrying out
TOMS mission, which serves as the cornerstone of TOMS businessenterprises through
the consumers purchase of their products which fuels their One to One initiative that is
carried out by the giving partners. In regards to their placement on the interest spectrum,

This is due to the fact that retailers and manufacturers are charged with providing
consumers and giving partners with the resources needed to fulfill TOMS philanthropic
mission, including providing the product for consumers and meeting the giving partners
order requests. In terms of their placement on the interest spectrum, I have placed
retailers on the higher end as they are to be held accountable for every item purchased
and reporting them to corporate so that the giving partners know how much to donate. In
addition, it is part of their responsibility to promote TOMS core philosophies to their
consumers and entice them towards contributing to it. Manufacturers on the other hand,
must only be held accountable for the production aspect of operations in which they
must produce to meet the demands of both giving partners and customers, but have little
say in terms of corporate operations. I have positioned them on the lower end of the
interest spectrum as their primary responsibility is to carry out the demands of those
with higher interest in TOMS mission, which usually does not require a high level of
commitment to the cause. In conclusion, while TOMS high power suppliers serve as the
driving force behind their mission, their low power suppliers should be given additional
consideration for assisting in the fulfillment of
John Taylor Howling Wolf Analysis
While these artists renditions of the Treaty Signing at Medicine Lodge Creek contain
the same content, John Taylor and Howling Wolf s show very different views. I believe
that the difference in views arose due to the fact that these two men had different
cultural backgrounds from one another. John Taylor was a hired journalist while
Howling Wolf was Native American. John Taylor s sketch has a very natural feel while
Howling Wolf s is abstract. John Taylor s illustration is more natural and realistic than
representational because he was focusing on what he saw at the treaty signing, but his
beliefs may have caused him to make the Native Americans look stern and no nonsense
by creating micro facial expressions. While the European Americans

Physical media
Physical media is found on the physical layer of the OSI model. Therefore physical
media includes cabling and equipment, wiring and the frequencies defined to transfer
data between two points.
Physical media is what physically connects the computers connected on the internet.
For this network two physical media will be used to allow access to the application
layers of the system. The coaxial cables will be used to create a WAN. While a wireless
protocol will be used in allowing users to roam within the network. A LAN will be
represented as follows;

Coaxial cable are classified according to it impedance. The one used in this exercise will
use the impedance of 70 ohms with RG 58. This can be used for the discussed high speed
internet requirements discussed above.
The diagram above shows the high level LAN network design that could be
implemented. Inter office connections could be done using Sate 590553175llite
Communication or using a single point ISP provider to do the networking.
Twisted pair will also be used to plug computers to the main internet socket to aid the
roaming of the wireless users.

Physical media selection: summary

Physical media selection is very daunting task given that there as many products ready in

Product Distribution
Product distribution (or place) is one of the four elements of the marketing mix. An
organization or set of organizations (go betweens) involved in the process of making a
product or service available for use or consumption by a consumer or business user. The
other three parts of the marketing mix are product, pricing, and promotion. The
distribution channel Distribution is also a very important component of Logistics Supply
chain management. Distribution in supply chain management refers to the distribution
of a good from one business to another. It can be factory to supplier, supplier to retailer,
or retailer to end customer. It is defined as a chain of intermediaries; each passing the
product down the chain to the next... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
2.Selective distribution This is the normal pattern (in both consumer and industrial
markets) where suitable resellers stock the product. 3.Exclusive distribution Only
Lombard specially selected resellers or authorized dealers (typically only one per
geographical area) are allowed to sell the product . Channel motivation It is difficult
enough to motivate direct employees to provide the necessary sales and service support.
Motivating the owners and employees of the independent organizations in a distribution
chain requires even greater effort. There are many devices for achieving such motivation.
Perhaps the most usual is `incentive : the supplier offers a better margin, to tempt the
owners in the channel to push the product rather than its competitors; or a compensation
is offered to the distributors sales personnel, so that they are tempted to push the product.
Julian Dent defines this incentive as a Channel Value Proposition or business case, with
which the supplier sells the channel member on the commercial merits of doing business
together. He describes this as selling business models not products. Monitoring and
managing channels In much the same way that the organization s own sales and
distribution activities need to be monitored and managed, so will those of the distribution
chain. In practice, many organizations use a mix of different channels; in particular, they
may complement a direct sales force, calling on the
