The manager ‘emphasizes the importance of good customer service. The wholesaler is facing competition from large scale retailers. (a) List one other type of wholesalers other than cash and carry. - General Wholesalers - Specialist wholesalers, Any point max 1 mark [1] (b) Describe three characteristics of the cash and earry wholesalers.
