Students: Make a List for Each Class


This template can be used for tracking homework assignments. If you don't need the
progress bar column, just delete that column.

Right-click on the worksheet tab and select "Move or Copy" and check the "Create a
copy" box. Rename each worksheet tab by right-clicking on the tab and selecting
"Rename."

Editing the Drop-Down Lists


To edit the drop-down lists in the Done and Priority columns, select the cells you
want to edit then go to Data > Data Validation.

Conditional Formatting
The Priority and % Complete columns use conditional formatting to highlight specific
values. If you change the list of items in the Priority drop-down list, then you may
need to edit the conditional formatting rule(s) as well.

When you check the Done column, the font in that row will change to a strikethrough
gray font.

To edit conditional formatting rules, go to Conditional Formatting > Manage Rules


and select "This Worksheet" to see and edit all the rules.
