RESOLUTION NO. _____

RESOLUTION REQUESTING COTABATO ELECTRIC COOPERATIVES , PPALMA BRANCH, TO REPLACE ALL DILAPIDATED
AND ROTTEN ELECTRIC POSTS IN BARANGAY SOUTH MANUANGAN, PIGCAWAYAN COTABATO.

WHEREAS, a number of posts have been identified as damaged and brought concern to the barangay council for
probable accidents that may happen to people and the community;

WHEREAS, a total of 6 posts were identified as rotten and damaged in the barangay: 3 posts listed at Purok Pag-
asa; 2 posts at Purok Malinawon; and 1 post at Purok Mainuswagon;

WHEREAS, the matter has been brought to the attention of the management of Cotabato Electric Cooperatives,
PPALMA in the past by complaining residents and barangay officials but least attention had been afforded to the
problem;

WHEREAS, after thorough deliberation, it is the consensus of the body to call the attention of the COTELCO
Management, to initiate appropriate action on the matter.

NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion of ________, unanimously seconded by SB Members present, the Sanggunian
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to request the COTELCO PPALMA to conduct an assessment of their
existing electric posts and immediately replace those found dilapidated and hazardous to the public in Barangay
South Manuangan, Pigcawayan, Cotabato.
