List all activities that the Contractor shall supply labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, testing, installed and
consumable materials, and services for:

 Site preparation and foundation construction.


 Building construction including framing, roofing, and exterior finishes.
 Interior construction including walls, floors, and ceilings.
 Installation of mechanical systems including HVAC.
 Installation of plumbing systems.
 Installation of electrical systems.
 Finishing work including painting, flooring, and fixtures installation.

3. SCOPE OF WORK

Defined below are the services included in the Work.

 Site Preparation: This involves preparing the construction site for the building process. It includes tasks
such as clearing the land, setting up temporary facilities, and installing safety measures.
 Foundation Construction: This involves constructing the foundation of the building as per the architectural
plan. It includes tasks such as excavation, formwork, and concrete pouring.
 Building Construction: This involves constructing the building structure as per the architectural plan. It
includes tasks such as framing, roofing, and exterior finishes.
 Interior Construction: This involves constructing the interior of the building as per the architectural plan. It
includes tasks such as constructing walls, floors, and ceilings.
 Mechanical Systems Installation: This involves installing the mechanical systems as per the mechanical
plan. It includes tasks such as HVAC installation and ductwork.
 Plumbing Systems Installation: This involves installing the plumbing systems as per the plumbing plan. It
includes tasks such as pipe installation and fixture installation.
 Electrical Systems Installation: This involves installing the electrical systems as per the electrical plan. It
includes tasks such as wiring and electrical fixture installation.
 Finishing Work: This involves completing the finishing work of the building. It includes tasks such as
painting, flooring, and fixtures installation.

7. ADOPTION PLAN

Upon completion of the construction, an inspection will be conducted to ensure that all aspects of the building meet the
specifications outlined in the plans. Any necessary adjustments or corrections will be made at this time

8. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The project will be managed by a qualified project manager who will oversee all aspects of the project, coordinate with
the project team, and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

9. SUCCESS AND SIGN-OFF CRITERIA

The success of the project will be determined by the completion of the building as per the provided plans, within the
agreed-upon schedule and budget. The project will be considered complete upon the final inspection and approval of
the building.
