AMS QAQC Observation Reply Templates

This site observation reply documents issues found at a construction project site between 0900-1100 on March 14th, 2024. Uneven cement lining was observed between pipe joints in one area as shown in an attached photo. Several cement lining cracks beyond allowable tolerance were also observed at various points in a raw water pipe as shown in another photo. Rectification works are required to address the observed issues.
