WHEREBY IT IS AGREED that the employer will employ the employee to work
for the employer as a domestic worker at the premises of the employer at a
consideration (salary) of_____________________________________ (
) plus any bonuses the employee may deem fit.
3. The employer shall have a three (3) months probation period where the
employer shall be free change a domestic worker when reasonable need to do so
arises.
5. The employee shall be provided with food and any other incentives the
employer may grant the employee. A live in maid shall be provided with food
and accommodation during the period of employment
6. In the event that the employer seeks to terminate the agreement between them
and the employee, the employer shall give the employee two (2) months notice
failure to which the employee will be entitled to a two (2) months salary.
7. In the event that the employee seeks to terminate the agreement, the employee
shall give the employer two (2) months notice failure to which the employee will
not be entitled to any salary owing up to the date of termination.
8. The employee shall be provided with a copy of the agreement upon signing of
the contract.
9. Once employment begins the domestic worker shall now be the responsibility
of the employer hence, the employer must take reasonable steps to know where
the residential address of the worker is in case of anything as the maid center
will not be liable.
COMMENCEMENT OF WORK
1. A domestic worker shall begin work on the_________day of
____________________2024 and will continue the job until termination.
