WHEREAS, the said property permission for construction of the
building as per commencement certificate No.
CIDCO/ATPO/BP/AUG/2000-8036 dated.05.01.2000 from CIDCO
authorities for above mentioned property as per plans sanctioned by the
CIDCO authorities.

2) The Assignor hereby agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified the
Assignee against any loss of or liability claim or demand that may be
sustained if any due to this contract of Assignment for defect in title or
right of Assignment if any, of the Assignor.
5) That the common area of the staircase on all the floor and land
staircase and terrace will be commonly shared by all the Flat purchaser of
the building.
6) The Assignee doth hereby further convenient with the Assignor and
undertake that the Assigneeshall not sell, assign mortgage sublet or other
wise transfer wholly or party with the possession of the premises above
and except the previous written permission of the CIDCO which
permission shall not be refused if the Assigneeperform or is willing to
perform the citations that is to say.
