Step to Connect your System with Competent System

1) Download File Zilla Client Application from Google if you don’t have on your
system.

2) Install File-Zilla Client on your Computer.

3) Accept and Click on I Agree button for all terms and condition receive during
installation of File-Zilla Application.

4) After Installation Double Click on File Zilla Application from Desktop or from
where you installed the application to start File Zilla.
5) After Opening the File Zilla it will look like as per below.

6) Now Fill up the basic information as per below example.

SFTP Server IP – Fill in Host Box

SFTP User ID – Fill your 3 digit code (Example – rse (in small letter)) in
Username box.
SFTP Password: Received in different mail from Netops (Case Sensitive) in
Password box.

Port: 022 or 021.

Note: If Filezilla not connect through port 22 then use port 21.

7) After filling all these, click on Quickconnect button.

8) You will get below message click on “Always trust this host, add this as key to
cache” option and then Press Ok button.

Note: you will not get above message when you will connect filezilla through
port 21.

9) After this you will established the connection with SFTP Server.
10) Then you will find the “conf” folder in rights side of Filezilla as below:

11) After double click on “Conf” folder. You will get below installation exe.

12) Right Click on both file and “Download” in your local system.

13) After download the file will move in your system in this box on same location
which ever you selected.
14) Now open local site folder where you have download “openvpn exe” through run
command as per below:

15) Now Click on both “openvpn.exe” one by one in your local system and Install it
as per below.

Note: Here two “openvpn.exe” has given. If you have occurred connection
issue with one VPN then connect through other. These are configured as
redundant.
16) After successfully download. RUN downloaded application as per below
17) After Installation Right Click on OpenVPN GUI application and run as per below.
18) After this in Bottom Right Tray of your system you find the VPN connection
button and click on “Connect”.

19) Now enter VPN User ID & Password shared in mail which you have used for
connection of filezilla.

VPN User ID: Your 3-digit Code


VPN Password: Same as shared in mail (Which are given for filezilla
connection)

20) After connection of VPN type “mstsc” in your local system in “RUN” box and
Enter to connect with Remote System.
21) Enter RDP IP shared in Mail and Press “Connect.”

22) Now put your User and Password which you are using for login.

Press Ok and after that “Yes” Button.

23) Set Screen Resolution any of as per below before start working over connected
Remote System.
