It is with great pleasure working in the Department of Education since teaching and serving
children is one of the biggest dreams I ever had.

I am writing this letter to express my intent to apply for the Teacher II promotion in
Magsaysay South District. Since joining the department as a Teacher I have consistently
strived for improvement, demonstrated dedication and contributed constructively to our
department's progress.

I am currently studying Master of Arts in Mathematics Teaching at Davao del Sur State
College and have earned 27 units. I continuously improve both my personal and professional
abilities in hopes of gaining more knowledge in this ever-changing world.

I sincerely believe that with my experience, skills, and dedication, I can significantly
contribute to the department's future objectives if entrusted with this high responsibility.

I appreciate your consideration of my application for promotion. I look forward to discussing


further how I can contribute to our department's continued success. Thank you for your time
and consideration.
