Good day!

I am writing to express my intention of applying for an Administrative Officer II position


(SG 11). I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education at Eastern Visayas State
University Burauen Campus. I am pursuing my masteral degree under the program of
Master of Arts in Education major in Language Instruction at Eastern Visayas State
University Main Campus.

I was a private school teacher handling elementary education in Immaculate Conception


Academy of Burauen, Inc. for two years. I also have an experience in teaching
secondary in Hibunauan National High School as a substitute teacher and also in Sta.
Ana National High School. I worked as an administrative staff under the National
Service Training Program Office and Research Department in Eastern Visayas State
University Burauen Campus. I am currently working as Administrative Support Staff in
Calsadahay Elementary School. I have also my Certificate of Completion in Basic
Computer Literacy Training (MS Office Word, MS Excel, and Powerpoint). In addition to
being eligible for the CSC, I am a Licensed Professional Teacher.

I am also included in the Leyte Division Registry of Qualified Applicants (RQA) for
Teacher I position in all levels and Administrative Officer II position.

I believe that my abilities and skills acquired from my formal education will suit the
requirements for an Administrative Officer II position.
