Their leadership and most staff, as well as those of their local partners, hail from and reside in the conflict-affected
regions they serve. This deep-rooted connection, combined with their extensive on-the-ground experience,
uniquely positions them as experts on the distinct challenges and opportunities these regions present.
In 2022, Adroit Associates broadened its impact by forging strategic partnerships with capable local partners in the
Middle East and Africa. Combining their efforts and sharing their knowledge and experience with their local partners,
their reach now is broad and deep, experientially and intellectually.
Adroit Associates collaborates with governments, civil society organizations, international aid and development
organizations, and corporations through a combination of robust, data-driven research and deep, place-based
engagement to make international development more effective, inclusive, and sustainable. They harness the power
of evidence and data to co-design and deliver solutions that contribute to transforming the extraordinarily
vulnerable communities they serve.

• Review to ensure that the number of surveys uploaded in KoBo Toolbox is as planned
• Review the sample lists that the Project Manager shares to ensure the right people are interviewed.
• Getting GPS from each beneficiary’s interview location and uploading it to KoBo.
• Using KoBo form to record qualitative and quantitative monitoring data.
• Conduct regular data collection and assure data quality and timeliness.
• Ensure that implementation of field activities adheres to the Adroit Associates Standards.
• Understand the project information and the assigned questionnaire of interventions.
• Know field planning (survey area, timeline, interview types, survey quantity, etc.).
• Provide additional GPS-tagged quality photos from the beneficiaries/households’ sites.
• Report and address any irregular situation considering the confidentiality of the topic.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required by the supervisor.
• Report daily on the activities conducted, and the realities/issues encountered.
• Interview respondents, accurately administering the household survey questionnaire.
• Ultimately collecting all data according to instructions on the questionnaire.
• Maintain good contact with local representatives in the area of intervention.
• Provide inputs and observations from the field, sharing valuable information.
• Coordination on status of the data collection daily basis with the Provincial Team Leader and/or the
supervisor.
• Any other task as assigned by the supervisor.
