1. Go to search box and search Control Panel.

2. Open Control Panel and click on Mail (Microsoft Outlook).


3. Select Prompt for a profile to be used and click on Add.

4. Give profile name for example “AQM-Emp Code-02584” Ajay Rao and click on OK.
5. Select Manual setup or additional server types and click on Next.

6. Select Pop or IMAP and click on Next.


7. Fill up the details as per given image, and click on More Settings.

User Information
Your Name Ajay Rao
Email Address ajay.rao@aqmtechnologies.com
Server Information
Account Type POP3
Incoming Mail Server pop.rediffmailpro.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) smtp.rediffmailpro.com
Logon Information
User Name ajay.rao@aqmtechnologies.com
Password XXXXXXXX
8. Give Organization name AQM Technologies Pvt Ltd & and enter your email id on
Reply Email box and go to next tab i.e., Outgoing Server.

9. Select My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and use same settings
as my incoming mail server, and go to next Tab i.e., Advanced.
10. Fill up the details as per given image and click on OK.

Server Port Numbers


Incoming Server (POP3) 995
Outgoing Server (SMTP) 586 (TLS) or 465 (SSL)

11. Click on Test Account Settings.


12. Test Account Settings has been completed. Click on Close.

13. Click on Next.


14. Test Account Settings has been completed. Click on Close.

15. Uncheck Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too and click on Finish.
16. Click on OK.

Outlook configuration successfully has been done.


Go to search box and search Outlook.
