Gentlemen,

We are writing you in reference to the above-mentioned subject for the Access and Infrastructure
Project in San Marcelino, Zambales.

We are pleased to submit our proposal that includes two options based on the design of the RCBC.
Option 1 - RCBC with two openings having a dimension of 2.4m by 2.4m designed for a 25-year-return and
50-year-checked amounting to Fourteen Million Six Hundred Thirty-nine Thousand Three
Hundred Fifty-three Pesos and Fifty-four Centavos (Php14, 639,353.54). (See attached Annex A)

Option 2 - is RCBC with two openings having a dimension of 2.75m by 2.75m designed for a 50 -year-return
and 100-year-checked amounting to Fourteen Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand One
Hundred Twenty-two Pesos and Sixty-two Centavos (Php14, 980,122.62). (See attached Annex B)

We also suggest not to proceed with the construction of RCBC until the designs for Slope protection
and Weir be accepted and approved. This will be for the protection of the RCBC once it is installed and
constructed. Our designers are working on these and we will submit it as soon as possible.
