SUBJECT: illegal Workers on Site

With the reference to ILF letter # WQIP-D1-ILF-CWC-L-0065


dated:01-07-2023 and consultant site visit, the contractor is
again employing illegal labour at site which is not acceptable.
All the labour shall be legally entitled to work in kingdom and
be in possession of a valid iqama under contractor
sponsorship or under approved subcontractor with NWC.

With immediate effect contractor is to:

A) Terminate all illegal labourers and remove from


site, they will be subjected to penalty if found any
illegal labors
B) Ensure all labour employed on Dammam-1 sites
to carry on their own iqama.

The contractor noted that all illegal and unauthorized labour


employed on Dammam-1 project, may potentially result in

Consultant further remind contractor that only workers with a


valid iqama under contractor and/or approved subcontractor
shall be employed at site to avoid any issues with the
authorities.
