1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 392 s, 2023. This office shall inform to
conduct the Third Quarter Portfolio Day on Saturday, April 13, 2024, with the
following suggested activities:

a. Parent-Teacher-Adviser Conference and Feedback-Giving;


b. Showcase of Learners’ Outputs and performances;
c. Recognition Program and State of the School Address; and
d. Distribution of Learners’ Progress Report Cards

2. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are desired.
