1. Submission of Annual School Based LAC should be at least two (2) weeks prior to the first session.
2. Submission of Monthly LAC proposal should be two (2) weeks prior to conduct/ implementation.
3. Learning and Development Needs and Assessment (LDNA) results should be attached in the
proposal.
4. Submit only one (1) copy of the proposal.
5. For webinar, include the link of the platform that will be used in your training and send an
invitation link to hrd.tarlac@deped.gov.ph.
6. If MOOE Fund will be used, attach the approved WFP signed by the authorities.
7. DepEd Order 15, s. 2017, DepEd Order 2, s. 2018 and DBM Budget Circular 2007-1 may be
used as references for budget allocation purposes.
8. No DepEd personnel shall be entitled to honorarium.
9. Registration fee where teachers will shell out from their own pockets shall be strictly prohibited.
