ditandai dengan angka 1 yaitu sapaan (salam pembuka), angka 2 yaitu Body (tujuan
pengiriman surat. Bagian ini bisa juga badan surat) dan angka 3 yaitu Signature (nama
pengirim surat Bisa juga dilengkapi dengan tanda tangan pengirim surat).
Surat ini merupakan tanggapan atas surat permintaan yang sebelumnya dikirimkan untuk
diajukan ke acme graphic & design.

Here are 3 mistakes in the Business Letter above:
-"Thank u ..." should not be abbreviated, the correct one is "Thank you ..."
-"...from the 4th of july", which is correct"...on the 4th of july..." and must also be adjusted
for the year. So the first correct sentence is "Thank you for your letter on July 4, 2021..."
-The word "receive" in "I look forward to accept your order" must be in the form of a gerund,
namely "I look forward to accept your order"
(Business Letter) Business Letter is a type of letter written in order to support the activities of
a company or organization. Business Letters must be written using formal/official language
that follows a standard structure of writing format.
3. Questions:
You ordered some cookies online and received an expired one. Please write a body letter Please
write a body letter in approximately 100-200 words that explains your disappointment and you are
asking for a refund/exchange.

To the seller,
I ordered three cookie tins from your online shop on December 17th and paid for them the
same day.
This is not the first time I have bought cookies from an online shop, but it is the first time
from your shop. I know that your shop is quite famous and has high ratings.
But when the cookies finally arrived this afternoon, I was very disappointed to see that they
had actually expired. The expiry date is clearly printed on each can lid: January-2022
I don't understand how a reputable shop like yours can ship expired products to customers. I
don't think you did it on purpose, but I'm quite disappointed by this carelessness.
I demand the replacement of these cookies immediately. If you can't send me a replacement,
please pay me the money I paid immediately.
