I am writing to express my dismay of your product at XYZ Supermarket branch on
Saturday 10 May 2024.
I often collect the products from the groceries on behalf of my mother’s birthday, Mrs
Nurul. On this occasion there were two product I had bought from the store in the details,
If I hadn't noticed the expired due date of the product it will be fatally for all the guest on
health issues and worst cases of poisoning by food, I barely looked the boxes after I arrived
at home and it clearly write down that the product already expired 6 (six) months later, On
behalf I wrote this letter is about 11th May 2024 and your product supposedly used before
2nd October 2023, when I go back to the grocery store, officially the store wouldn’t gave me
the reimbursed or change the product in reason that I already bring the products to home,
basically it’s same product and I can guarantee 100% I didn’t replace or exchange the
product with another one, so they just gave me some advises to wrote and send
complaining letters direct to your company as a responsible of product and consumer
behaviours.
The workers on that groceries told me that they can’t gave in return, with this letter I attempt
and gave you the bills detail and the photo of product that I bought, it cost me $50.50 to buy
all of your product, I didn’t expect for cash reimbursed, I just need some clarification and
explanation from your company, so it wouldn’t happen to anyone else.
I hope you can take steps to make sure this mistake does not happen again.
